Eleonora Cattaneo

I am a Professor of Luxury Management and Director of two leading higher education programmes at Glion Institute of Higher Education, a prestigious hospitality school in Switzerland. I have over 30 years of experience in branding, marketing, and communication, with a focus on luxury and hospitality sectors. I also offer my services as a Brand Consultant to various global brands, helping them to launch, revive, or reposition their products and services. I am on the advisory board of a leading luxury consulting company.

As a professor, I co-developed the Executive Master's in Hospitality Management with ESSEC, a top Paris business school, and launched a new executive version of the MSc Luxury Management and Guest Experience in 2022. I author publications on luxury brand management, especially on sustainability issues. I am fluent in four languages and have an extensive network of contacts in global luxury brands.
