About

Catherine Rénier, a seasoned luxury executive with over two decades of expertise, took the helm as CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels in September 2024—a return to the Maison where she spent 15 formative years shaping the Maison’s meteoric rise in Asia.

Her journey with Richemont began in 1999 as Retail Development Director for Cartier North America in New York.

She joined Van Cleef & Arpels in 2003 as Deputy Marketing Director in Paris and rose through the ranks to eventually become the President for the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2018, Rénier took the helm at Jaeger-LeCoultre, becoming the first female to lead a major haute horlogerie brand. There, time wasn’t just measured—it was redefined.
